When asked for a definition of HEALTH, some people will resond that it is the absence of disease. This may be true but there is a lot more to health than just not having a disease. Let's look at what is OPTIMAL HEALTH. This is what most people strive for. Optimal health is having a positive outlook, being vibrant, being full of energy, being able to wake up after a night's sleep feeling refreshed, being able to fall asleep easily, having the strength and energy to bounce your grandchild on your knee, being able to get down on the floor to play with the two year old. There is even more but you get the idea.
